Baptista Siqueira (born on July 8, 1906 in Princesa, † on November 5, 1992 in Rio de Janeiro) was a Brazilian musicologist and composer.

Siquiera studied music in Rio de Janeiro from 1928 to 1937. He worked as a professor of harmony and musical theory at the city's music school and as a conductor.

In addition to three operas and a ballet, he composed three symphonies and three symphonic poems, a piano concert, chamber music works, a cantata, a motet and other choral works, music and church songs.
